Returns & Exchange Policy

At OurStore your satisfaction matters. If a product isn't right for you, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.
• For hygiene reasons, personal-care products, fragrances and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit within 5 to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• If the return is due to our error or a product defect, we cover the full shipping cost.
